staining of phosphoproteins

Hello!
I'm seeking for an method to stain very simple high phosphorylated 
proteins on SDS-acrylamide-gels. There exist a method of Cutting and Roth 
(1973) by staining them with methylgreen. Does anyone knows an exact 
"recipe" for doing it this way?
