Dupytron contracture

Hi all,
       I was asked by a friend to find out some information 
on the diagnosis and treatment of Dupytron contracture.  Having 
failed elsewhere I thought I would ask you lot! I know 
that this does not fall strictly within our" diagnostic "
remit but if anybody has some info or some pointers to info I would be 
grateful to hear directly to me via Email.
