buzzatii nutrition

Hallo Newsgroupers,

Please, is anyone able (and willing !) to give me or point me towards 
information on the nutritional requirements of Drosophila buzzatii or the 
secondary chemistry of its main food, Opuntia cactus ?
I think i've exhausted the literature available to me and to my colleagues 
working on this beast but not found anything of real help.
