what is pturbo? I received some as a helper plasmid for injections. However, the perso
person who sent it did not have a map for it and couldn't tell me what exactly it was. I assumed it was some type of delta 2,3 helper which supplies the transposase but can't find any references for it. Your comments will be appreciated.
