Best source of fluorescent 2nd ab's

Hi there, fly-netters.

What do people feel is the best vendor for fluorescent second
antibodies, conjugated to  either fluorescein or rhodamine.

We will be doing multiple labeling studies on early embryos.


Also, what other fluorochromes? Texas Red? What else have people
used?
