Mendelian Lab(s)

 Hello, out there! Can any of you Drosophilists help a poor Neurosporist
 with an idea for a mendelian genetics lab(s) involving Drosophila. I
 know that the literature is full of labs, bit I'm hoping to get
 something more than ++ x ap ap. Nothing too fancy, but anything you
 can think of, will be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks again
