Hello, I am interested in obtaining chromosome walks from any region on the X, preferably in a cosmid vector, the larger the better. A walk from the Tamkun cosmid library would be ideal. Please espond to me by email or posting on the newsgroup if you have walked a region on the X. Thanks, Jim Bone
