Hi!
I'm trying to generate mosaic clones in flies' eyes using the FLP-FRT system.
I know that there are positional effects on hsFLP activity. Does anyone know
which insertion of hsFLP is most efficient in inducing mitotic recombination
between two allelic FRTs? What are the other things, besides temperature and
duration of the heat shock, that can affect hsFLP activity?
