PCR RAPD's w/Single Fly extractions

I am currently working on a project to show genetic differences using RAPD
markers in a population genetics lab at the University of Minnesota. I am
looking for possible additional protocols for single fly extractions for
use with PCR. I am currently using "Engel's" method, which is working
pretty well, but am having some problems still. Any suggestions? Any new
PCR recipes?
