Major FlyBase Update

Got them thanks (SRS is a really great way to spot updated databases :-)

What made me suspect something was still missing was the following:

>New versions of the following files have also been released:

>flybase/refs/references.* (in total 73,186 records)

as I don't see any recent updates to those files. I guess the June 27th
versions are the updated ones?
