I am working with dissection of male and female genitalia of
Drosophila indentificate them at specific level, following Wheeler and
Kambysselis (1966) and Kaneshiro (1969). But I would like to replace one
of the chemical compound, the creosote, because it is very toxic. I will
be very grateful if anyone know any other chemical compound that attend
to the same functions of the creosote and can replace it in this technic.
Thanks a lot for any contribuition.
