Hello,

   As a high school student I practically don't understand any of the 
scientific jargon used in biology. So I was thinking of asking a 
professional some questions. Well here they are:

What's a trap screen?

For this we would like to use hobo-elements (w[+] marked, if possible), 
containing a minimal promoter-gal4 detection system.
