Rst(3)ns

I am interested in a mutant listed in the red book as Rst(3)ns.  It is
resistant to nicotine sulfate and is listed as discovered by Tsukamoto
(1954!),  The references are 

(1955) Botyu-Kagaku 20:73.
(1956) Botyu-Kagaku 21:71
(1958) DIS 32:87

Any information about the mutant or its discoverer would be welcome.  Also,
does anybody know where to get DIS going back to 1954?
