Has anyone had much success with the method published by Kamdar, Von Allmen and Finnerty for electroporation of Drosophila embryos? (NAR 20:3526 (1992). We have been trying to use it in transient expression assays using a GFP reporter and it doesn't seem to be working. thanks. Susan Lindquist
