Stock list format changes

Some of the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center stock lists on FlyBase
have new file structures.  The changes are largely irrelevant if you
use the stock lists within FlyBase, but they may affect you if you load 
the csv files into your own dbms and use them locally.

The files that have changed are flylist.csv, flylist.rpt, p-list.csv
and p-list.rpt.  New fields are present in all four files, and the first
line of the csv files now lists the field names.  Most of the changes
result from subdividing the previous "Comments" field, in preparation
for the final load of Bloomington stocks into the SyBase version of FlyBase.  

The fields in flylist.csv are now Stock #, Genotype, Chromosome(s) 
Affected, Breakpoints, Date Added, Donor, Donor's Source, Comments.  

The fields in p-list.csv are now Stock #, Genotype, Chromosome(s) Affected,
Insertion Site, lacZ Pattern, Also Known As, Date Added, Donor, Donor's 
Source, Comments.
