Re: Does anyone have or know how to find the complete sequence of pCaSper

As of TODAY, this is available via FlyBase (http://morgan.harvard.edu),
through our new TransposonSearch tool or through SymbolSearch.

The list of transposons and constructs available in FlyBase is far
from comprehensive and will be updated regularly. For instance, the
FLP/FRT constructs are not yet available, nor are the original GAL4/UAS
constructs. These will be added in the very near future. If your favorite
vector, enhancer trap, etc. is not listed, let us know.

FlyBase welcomes suggestions, additions and corrections. Send corrections
to flybase-updates at morgan.harvard.edu.
