coupling peptides for antibodies

When raising antibodies to peptides, does anyone have any recommendations
for or against particular proteins to which one can couple the peptide?
The vertebrate people downstairs here recommend keyhole limpet hemocyanin
- but given that this is also an arthropod, is there any potential problem
with crossreactivity to a fly homolog of KLH?
