Science Fair Experiment

I am a high school student in Irvine, California and I am doing a
project with Drosophila.  We are going to be researching the effects of
ethanol vapors upon these flies.  I was wondering if there was anyone
out there that could direct me as to where I could find some good
background research.  I am working under the guidance of a professor at
the University of California, Irvine.
