plastic bottle & stoppers supplier

Dear Flypushers:
We are considering switching our flies from glass milk bottles to plastic.  
Does anyone have recommendations on which disposable bottles they are 
happiest with?

Also, our cotton ball supplier makes balls of varying size, so they don't all
fit our vials well.  Recommendations of more uniformly sized (but not
overpriced) cotton or rayon balls would be helpful.
