Do you know of any vectors that contain the sevenless promoter fragment in a handy vector (e.g. bluescript) and that has several useful cloning sites. I have the SPA/HSS7 vectors but they are a real pain as they are in a kanamycin based vector. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Rob rjh at mrc-lmb.cam.ac.uk
