Mark, Helen, What Mark suggests has actually been done by Michele Sanicola and Brian Calvi whilst they were in my lab. The one caveat about these strains is that you can't cross them to "H" strains or you might inadvertantly mobilize the hobo-delta2,3 element off of the balancer. Bill Gelbart
