Does anyone has pUAST sequence or know where to get it from Internet? Specifically, I need to know whether the pUAST contains the translational signal from hsp70 (from -11 to +? of hsp70 was used?). Has anyone cloned a ORF without 5' leader directly into the pUAST polilinker sites and obtained normal protein expression? Thank you very much.
