Has anybody tried making antisense expressing transformants? I am thinking of interfering with the function of a gene for which there are no mutants, and this is a possibility I am considering. I would appreciate hearing about any kind of experiences, positive or negative, to evaluate the feasibility of this approach. Thanks, Jens
