Hello there, I have been trying to do a plasmid rescue on a P-element line with the P-element of LacZ ry+ type having Kanamycin resistance(Karpen and Spradling Genetics 132, 737-753). Has anybody tried doing a rescue with insert of the above mentioned type, if yes then what concentration of kanamycin did you use? Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Ajay.
