Embryonic marker 3rd chromsome

I'm looking for a reliable dominant 3rd chromosome marker which can be scored
in a heterozygote embryo.  I know I can use a LacZ insert and stain but if
anyone is aware of a gene which I can use I would appreciate the help.  I
would like to use it to collect homozygous mutant embryos to isolate and
sequence the DNA.  Thanks in advance for your help.
