Looking for early promoter

I would like to create balancer carrying a luciferase construct with an early expression pattern. Therefore I am looking for convenient promoters. At the moment I favour the hunchback promoter but any other as early as this would be good too. If someone has DNA bearing such an promoter or knows, where I can get it, please contact me.
