I would like to find out if there are people out there who are working 
with the mutant called fes, or female sterile (2)b. It was discovered by 
Bridges in 1929 but according to flybase there is only one paper (Malceva 
and Zhimuleva, 1993) after studies of King in 1960-1970s. Is it really so 
that this mutation causing female sterility has been forgotten ?
