whole mount in situ

Hi all.

Is there anybody who could advice me a reliable protocol for whole mount
in situ hybridization with organs dissected from the last instar larva,
e.g. salivary , gut, Malpighian, etc. ?  I am especially interested in the
fixation step and necessity and extend of proteinase treatment. I am using
DIG RNA probe. Please respond directly by e-mail to mach at entu.cas.cz.
