Transfection of Schneider cells

Hi !
I have problems with the transfection of Schneider cells.
Using the Calciumphosphat-Coprecipitation (diNocera and Dawid) method I could 
detect only few amounts of the  RNAs of the transfected DNA by 
S1-Nuclease-analysis in contrast to human HeLa cell transfection.
Have you got any ideas or any tricks ?
