i just went to a Pharmacia-Biotech seminar.  Call them about these:

benzamidine-sepharose (Kazanietz J.Biol.Chem 270:14679,1995 also
in Pharm.Biochem Newsletter.  Also Sundaram J.Virol.Meth.57:61, 1996)
or
biotinylated thrombin
(at sigma)
