Hi, I am planning to express a secreted Drosophila protein using either stably transformed Drosophila S2 cells or baculovirus expression system. I've noticed that most Drosphila researchers use the baculovirus system, but I would like to express a protein with a secretory signal, I would appreciate any comments on which system is better.
