The University of South Florida (USF) and the Department of Biology has a
full-time, 9 month tenure-track position at the level of Assistant Professor.
Ph. D. and postdoctoral experience required. The successful applicant will
be expected to train graduate graduate students and establish an externally
funded research program employing modern molecular techniques in any area of
genetics. Teaching will be mostly undergradiate genetics and specialty
graduate courses. Intra- and interdepartmental collaboration is facilitated
through the Institute for Biomolecular Sciences. Salary will be comensurate
with qualifications. USF is a comprehensive teaching and research university.
