Old Graces Culture Media

Does anyone no where to obtain the "old" Graces Insect Culture Media 
(Graces '62) for in vitro culture of third instar larvae?  Gibco just 
canceled the sell of this product due to demand for the "new" enriched 
version. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks,
