Antibodies

Hello all,

Does anybody work with Drosophila using alpha-actinine and/or 
alpha-tropomyosine antibodies? We want to use them in our lab but we lack 
information on their use for in situs in Drosophila embryos. If somebody uses 
any of them or has some references for us, we'll be very grateful. Also, any 
kind of hint you can provide will be appreciated.
