Hi all, I am trying to assay hairy (pair-rule gene) early expression at fine time scale intervals. Does anybody have suggestions for developmentally constant-expression endogenous standard? Literature seems to suggest that actin is rather variable with respect to expression levels during course of development.. Junhyong
