Chromosome location help...

Try using outcrosses to balancers with dominant markers and subsequent 
backcrosses to check for segregation of your chromosomes of interest.  
Some common balanced stocks are:
	x-chromosome: Binsn
	2nd chromosome: Cyo/Sco
	3rd chromosome: TM6B Tb e/TM3 Sb e
Good luck and if you do not have these stocks try Bloomington Stock
