Dear netters Does any one know of any commercial supplier of drosophila embryonic nuclear extracts for in vitro transcription/translational studies? Promega and Trivegen Inc, no more supplies these products. I would appreciate if some body can give me a good, simple protocol to prepare the extracts. Thank you all Ashok
