Does anyone have a GFP construct that has been engineered for optimal codon usage in Drosophila? I am currently using the S65T mutant constructed by Roger Tsien. Does the "optimal codon" construct contain this mutation, and do you know how its expression compares to the wildtype or to the original S65T mutant in Drosophila? Thanks, Ally
