Dear fly people

I have a problem in my culture. After a day or two my flies are transfered to a new vial, the surface of the medium becomes covered by some kind of white microorganism. Many eggs don't hatch and sometimes become brown or gray. Larva become caught in medium and sometimes die and become black or brown.

I found a Candida-like microorganism when I saw the gut content of a dead larva under microscope.

Does anyone know what it is or how to get rid of it? I will appreciate any advice or help very much. Thank you.
