ubiquitous Gal4 expression

Dear Fly People,

I would very appreciate to get an enhancer trap line with  ubiquitous Gal4
expression  (usually regarded as garbage and discarded). It has to be on
third chromosome.
I am not interested in ubiquitous Gal4 expression in general (e. g.
pWAY-Gal4 construct). It must be enhancer trap line with external
regulatory sequences directing the expression.
