TART and HET-A in Drosophila melanogaster

I am trying to find some information on the structure and function of the 
"telomeric" structures, the retrotransposons TART and HET-A, in Drosophila 
melanogaster.

Dr. H. Biessmann did some related research, (Ciba Found Symp 1997;211:53-67 
and EMBO J 1988 Apr;7(4):1081-1086), and medline has turned up a couple of 
other studies.

Does anyone know where I could get a more detailed analysis and/or 
description of these structures and their functioning?
