I am looking for advice on raising very small numbers of Drosophila melanogaster in individual containers. Ideally this would be done on a very small amount of food (ca. 0.2 ml) in a small container, allowing me to raise between 2 and 5 larvae to pupation in each container. If anyone has done this, or has ideas please let me know. Thanks, Jason
