I have been trying to do brdu labelling using DNAse1 method in the ovarioles. However, I am unable to get good and bright brdu labelling and bright chromocenter (DAPI) working at the same time. It is either one or the other. The brdu incorporation is okay. Any suggestions? Amy ---
