RESEARCH SPECIALIST position in the Dept. of Zoology at North Dakota State
University, Fargo, ND. Salary: $23,000 minimum/yr plus benefits. Conduct
research in cell signaling, growth and development using Drosophila
melanogaster and eukaryotic cells. Requires B.S. or B.A. in biology or
related field; clear and effective communication skills; lab exp. with
nucleic acid or protein technologies and with animals, microorganisms or
cultured cells; work-related record keeping; use of the Internet and in use
of computer applications such as word processing, graphic applications and
spreadsheets. Prefer graduate course work/degree, 2+ yrs lab exp. with
molecular biology and/or protein techniques, experience with Drosophila,
