ESTs and genome project

Hello,

Apparently there are many ESTs which can not be assigned to genes 
predicted by the genome project.

How many of these are there? How many represent UTRs and therefore
belong to a predicted gene but are not assigned to it? And especially
important:

How many represent genes which were missed by the consortium?
