So far, my only forays into making anti-peptide antibodies in Drosophila have been expensively mediocre. I'm wondering whether it's a spectacularly bad idea to couple to KLH (because insects have haemocyanins). Should I use BSA, or something else? Can anyone else offer any related tips?
