polyA detection in Drosophila cell cultures

Hello,

I am currently trying to detect polyA RNA in a Drosophila S2 cell line
using oligo-dT probes.

Does anyone have a good protocol for polyA detection  in cell lines
using oligos, or any other probes?
If so, what is the pattern of localisation of polyA in Drosophila cells?
