RFP in Drosophila

Hello,

I recently made some UAS RFP lines and I have been testing them with
disappointing results. Has anyone tried it too? Did you make the same
experiences (e.g. no signal detectable) and if yes does anyone have a
clue what is going wrong and how one could overcome the problem?
