FUNCTIONAL GENOMICS OF SEX DETERMINATION
NATIONAL INSTITUTES OF HEALTH

The successful applicant will probe the expression of tens of 
thousands of transcripts expressed in Drosophila gonads by a global 
genomics approach.  Functional genomic analysis of winners using 
transgenesis, RNAi, and homologous recombination will follow. 
Familiarity with molecular biology, bioinformatics, and/or Drosophila 
genetics is highly desirable.
