Illinois State University Dept. of Biological Sciences is seeking a
full time Research Assistant for a laboratory studying signal
transduction using the Drosophila model system. The Research
Assistant will conduct experiments in molecular genetics and perform
other laboratory duties such as Drosophila stock keeping, ordering
lab supplies, and maintaining lab equipment. Qualifications:
Applicants must have a BS in Biology or related field, including
upper level Genetics and Cell Biology coursework, and experience in
molecular biology laboratory techniques. Graduate degree preferred.
